Association Rules

REGULATIONS GOVERNING ASSOCIATION PROPERTY

No dogs or cats shall be allowed in the community park except on a leash.
Dogs are not allowed in the sand beach or on the swim pier. Please clean up
after your dog at all times.


All property shall be kept in a neat appearance and weeds shall be controlled at all
times. If you must keep a boat trailer, etc...on your property, please keep it in an inconspicuous area in the rear of the property. No boat trailers, etc...are to be kept on lots or in streets. 

PLEASE,  Twenty (20) miles per hour house be the maximum speed on any streets in the subdivision. Remember, we have many small children in the neighborhood..

All complaints must be written and signed by the complainant. These complaints must be filed with any board member before the board of directors will consider them. 

The piers and park are for the exclusive use of the members of the association and their guests. If you think that someone does not belong, please do not be confrontational with him or her. use common sense while explaining to the person that this is not a public pier. If you have rented your home, your rights to the park cease and are transferred to your tenant. 

Renters for periods under 90 days DO NOT HAVE the right to use the park, beach, swim area, pier or boat pier.


You will be held responsible for any damage caused to the park or piers by your guests.

Please pick up after yourself in the park and help to keep our park clean by picking up trash left by others.

USE AND RULES OF THE MANOR PARK AND PIERS 

 

 

  1. The swim pier and boat pier is for Manor residents and their guests only. Only Manor residents may use the end of the boat pier to drop off and pick up guests (do not leave your boat at the end of the boat pier). Guests that are unaccompanied by Manor residents should expect to be asked which Manor resident they are the guest of.

  2. No dogs are allowed in the Manor sand beach, swimming area and pier, boat pier or waters between the piers. Dogs in the Manor Park must be kept on a lease and cleaned up after.

  3. The lifeguard is on duty during the summer season from: 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily with an hour for lunch.

  4. Non-swimmers and children under (10) must be accompanied by someone age 16 or older. 

  5. There is to be no running on the pier and no diving or jumping off the pier posts.

  6. Members may reserve the Park grounds for private parties by contacting the Grounds Committee Board Member. Allocation will be made on a first come/first serve basis, and a list of reservations kept by the Grounds Committee Board Member. To maximize member enjoyment of the common park space, the park shall remain open for all members to use on the following holiday weekends (Friday through Monday): Memorial Day, July 4th, Venetian Night, and Labor Day, and no tents or restricted use will be scheduled.

  7. In order to maximize saftety and avoid clutter, if you use a golf cart, please park all golf carts on the west corner of the park lawn as near to the street as possible.

  8. No fishing is allowed at anytime from the swim pier.

  9. No bikes or skateboards are allowed on the piers or swim raft.

  10. No boats or other vehicles are to be used in the swim area

  11. Swim only in designated swim area which is usually bounded by the floats and pier.

  12. Be courteous, polite and thoughtful to others on the pier and raft.

  13. Glass bottles and containers are not allowed on either piers or raft.

  14. No food or drink or glass in the sand area of the park.

  15. WE ASK THAT ALL PARENTS READ THESE RULES TO THEIR CHILDREN. WE CANNOT ENJOY THE PLEASURES OF OUR PARK AND PIER WITHOUT THE COOPERATION OF ALL WHO USE THEM.
